I hope that someone from adobe sees this as I waited on the cat hold 2 hours Friday only to be disconnected and your telephone support is broken. Everything is updated to the latest version and I tried to uninstall the entire package of first CC and resettlement, many reboots, etc.
My Media encode hangs on luanch every time since I installed the Mavericks.
